REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Kayes+Kloset purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our return process works.

15 Day Return Window

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return for items that don't meet your expectations.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@kayeskloset.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return authorization and instructions within 24 hours.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days after we receive it), we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Store Credit Alternative

Prefer a faster resolution? Choose store credit and we'll issue it immediately upon return approval—no waiting for bank processing! Plus, we'll cover your return shipping costs when you opt for store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@kayeskloset.com with photos. We'll send a free replacement or provide a full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Intimates and undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Earrings
  • Items marked as Final Sale
